Overview

Another commission for Fosters saw us take on the top two storeys of the Northern Bar on Oldham Street in Manchester City Centre. Working to a brief from the Fosters branding team, we created the ‘Wall of Sound’ featuring over 70 speakers of different sizes. It was one of those ‘reactive’ type jobs, where we worked around the windows and made every speaker fit into the space, with a mighty bass cab right above the door.

It was also a great example of live promotional activity. Armed with aerosols from our cherry picker, we generated a lot of buzz over the week as people spent hours watching us paint from neighbouring bars. To finish things off, we gave the Northern a brand new, traditionally hand painted sign which was of much interest to the locals as well. Job done.
